Miss GEORGIA, Janeta Kerdikoshvili will not participate because Russia and Georgia dont have diplomatic relations due Russia recognition of two parts of Georgia as independent countries. Georgia broke off diplomatic ties with Russia after the two nations fought a brief war in August 2008 over South Ossetia and Georgia unilaterally canceled the visa regime with Russia.
